Helping your staff stay safe
We are asked every year by a number of tour operators to come and give a customised version of RIDE HARD RIDE SAFE our introductory talk as part of their pre season staff training.
British seasonal staff have suffered some unfortunate off-piste accidents over the years. The aim of this session is to help seasonal staff to avoid this. We will ensure the staff are aware of the dangers and give them some practical advice on how to stay safe. This recognises that they will go off piste and helps them manage the situation. We also cover a number of aspects of on piste safety and conduct.
Pricing is based on group size:
RIDE HARD RIDE SAFE
- £200 for up to 20 (you provide audio visual equipment)
- £250 for up 21-40 (you provide audio visual equipment)
- £300 for over 40 or if we supply the audio visual equipment
We have delivered these talks throughout the French Alps and also gone to Italy and Switzerland if required.

Talk on the Snow
This introduces your staff to off piste safety in a practical on snow session lasting half a day. Cost is £225 with a maximum of 10 people
Talk plus a "Talk on the Snow"
This combination of our talk and on snow session is one afternoon on snow plus an evening talk
- £375 for up to 10 people
- £700 for up to 25 people
Beeper training
An on snow afternoon session where your staff learn the most effective way to find someone buried in an avalanche, and gain enough practical experience to build their confidence in using the transceiver. Cost £225 per afternoon session with a maximum of 10 people
